"I called this morning, anxious to have to go online and fill out a lot of things plus upload documents. At close to 73, it's just not easy . I'm so happy that's not an issue, the paper I need to fill out and sign will be coming in the mail, thank you so much! "I signed up with this agency the beginning of April through Jessica Bruder I mentioned to her not once but twice that my husband did not have a valid license & he was to be excluded from my auto policy,she said thanks for reminding me. She never did that then was sent a letter 1 month later stating they were canceling me. I called & let several messages to get a call back, they never returned any of my calls. Jaden, Jessica or Derek. Real poor customer service & was lied to about this matter."
