"Not exactly sure how to start this review. But I enjoy positivity so I'd like to start with saying what an outstanding job Sophie did with my initial contact with this state farm office. She explained several options and was the reason I set up the policy. Today 1-30-25 I called back to start the policy. Sophie was busy but I spoke with Kyle. First off I'm freaked out. I've called twice and spoken with a real person each time. Had cure insurance for years. Still not even positive a real human being works there. When I got to speak with Kyle he explained some things that Sophie tried to. Ended up saving me even more me money. Kyle went and asked his boss before telling me just to make sure. So if you have cure insurance, anyone with cure insurance! Please call and get a quote at least. Your supposed "cheap insurance" is screwing you. I saved $1200 a year switching today. This is a legit company and from my experience ask for Sophie or Kyle. They aren't just insurance agents, actually good people!!! Thank you so much. Yeah that's my original post. They sure make switching easy enough. Unfortunately I paid for 3 months of insurance up front. Explained several times that my job is demanding, and I'm a single parent. I paid for 3 months up front. Very specifically explained I want to pay every 3 months only! 2 weeks later I received a bill. And about 8 text/emails wanting me to sign up for automatic payments. Responded to them all. But it took two weeks for anyone to get back to me. Seemed like a great company when you wanted my money. Yet immediately after feel off a cliff! Again I paid for 3 months. Not even a month later they want payment. Typical insurance company. You don't matter, but they sure like your money. So if you could please get your stuff straight ( what I'm paying for) great. Otherwise after my 3 months I'll be switching again."
