ROLE DESCRIPTIONOur agent executive position is a role designed for individuals who wish to own their own insurance business. Entering into our custom accelerated program, you will learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry. The role demands a highly self-motivated individual with the desire to build a business around helping people through discovery conversations and relationship building. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Hitting sales goals as required for the position.
- Working closely with agent and managers.
- Going through consistent training and improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningHighly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in customer service required
- Experience in sales
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Experience in Windows computer applications
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain Life and Health License
- Able to obtain Securities License
